Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil it — stock, address or capacity — we telephone you and refund in full. We reserve the right to decline any order.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include tax where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. Prices can change without notice, but never after your order is confirmed.
Wholesale rates rise across the whole market before Valentine's Day and Eid, and our prices rise with them. This is disclosed on the relevant collection pages.
Substitution
Flowers are seasonal and perishable. We may substitute stems of equal or greater value where necessary, keeping the arrangement's style, size and colour. If a substitution materially changes the look, we telephone you before dispatching.
Delivery
We deliver to the address you give at checkout. It is your responsibility that it is correct and that the telephone number is reachable. Where nobody is home we telephone the recipient; we leave the delivery with a guard or neighbour only with your prior permission in the order note.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, except for pre-booked Valentine's Day slots.
Payment
Cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa. Cash on delivery is limited to Rs. 15,000 per order. Bank transfer orders are made once the transfer clears.
Cancellation and refunds
Free cancellation until the arrangement is made, roughly two hours before the delivery slot. After that, perishable goods cannot be refunded. Our returns policy covers anything that arrives wrong.
Gift messages
We write what you give us. We will not send a message that is abusive, threatening or unlawful, and we will refund the order rather than deliver one.
Photographs
Product photographs show the style, size and arrangement. Exact stems vary by season, as described under Substitution.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order plus its delivery charge. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
The laws of Pakistan. Disputes fall to the courts of Lahore.
