What we actually do

We are a flower shop in Gulberg III, Lahore. Somebody from here is at the flower market at six every morning, buying what is genuinely good that day rather than what a photograph on a website committed us to three weeks ago. Everything is conditioned at the shop for two hours before it is offered for sale — that step is why our roses hold six to eight days rather than three, and it is the step most online florists skip because it costs time.

Why we built this ourselves

Nearly every flower site in Pakistan runs on the same template, sells the same photographs, and delivers through the same couriers. We wanted to be answerable for the whole chain: what we buy, how it is conditioned, who drives it, and what happens when something goes wrong. In Lahore we run our own vans. In Karachi and Islamabad we work with partner florists who buy to our standard and build to our recipes, and we name them if you ask.

What we will tell you honestly

• Tulips and peonies do not survive a Pakistani summer, so we take them off the

site rather than sell them and argue about it later.

• If your order will not arrive when you need it, we telephone you before we take

the money, not after.

• If we get it wrong, we remake it and deliver again the same day. That is the

whole returns policy and it has not needed to be longer.

Weddings and events

We visit venues before quoting, because ceiling height and the direction of the light change what actually works. Book at least six weeks ahead, longer for December and January.
