Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

What we collect
- Order information — your name, email, telephone number, and the recipient's
name, address and telephone number.
- Account information, if you create one — the above, plus saved addresses and
order history.
- Payment information — for JazzCash and Easypaisa, the transaction reference
only. We never see or store your card or wallet credentials.
- Analytics — anonymised page views through Google Analytics.
Why we collect it
To make and deliver your order, to telephone you or the recipient if there is a problem, and to send order confirmations and delivery updates. That is all.
Marketing
We only send marketing email if you tick the box. Every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing does not affect order confirmations.
The recipient's data
We hold the recipient's name, address and telephone number for as long as we hold the order, and we use it only to deliver. We do not add recipients to any marketing list — not ever, and not even if they later place an order themselves.
Who we share it with
- Our delivery staff, who see the delivery address and recipient telephone
number.
- Partner florists in Karachi and Islamabad, who see the same, for orders in
those cities.
- Payment providers, who handle the transaction.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We have never provided a customer list to a third party and will not.
How long we keep it
Order records for seven years, as tax law requires. Account data until you ask us to delete it. Analytics for fourteen months.
Your rights
Email orders@bouquethouse.pk to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within thirty days. Deletion requests are honoured except for order records we are legally required to retain.
Cookies
A session cookie to keep your cart and login working, and Google Analytics. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
