Same-day cutoffs

The Islamabad cutoff is 2pm, not 6pm, because that city is served by one run each afternoon rather than continuous dispatch. Orders placed after 2pm go out the following afternoon.

Charges

Coverage

Lahore — Gulberg, DHA, Model Town, Johar Town, Bahria, Askari, Cantt and surrounding areas, in our own vans.

Karachi — Clifton, DHA, PECHS, Gulshan, North Nazimabad, Bahria Town.

Islamabad & Rawalpindi — F and G sectors, Bahria Town, DHA, Saddar. Diplomatic Enclave requires 24 hours' notice for clearance.

For an address outside these areas, place the order anyway and we will telephone to confirm before dispatching. We would rather call than take money for a delivery we cannot make.

Time slots

You may choose a morning, afternoon, evening or night slot at checkout. We hold to these in Lahore. In Karachi traffic makes narrow slots unreliable, so we quote a half-day window and telephone the recipient before arriving.

If nobody is home

We telephone the recipient first. If there is no answer we will leave the delivery with a guard or neighbour only if you have given permission in the order note; otherwise we return it to the van and try again, once, the same day. Letter Box Flowers are designed for exactly this situation.

Public holidays

We deliver seven days a week including Eid and public holidays. Eid week is our busiest of the year — order three days ahead, and expect a date rather than a time slot.
